what should a leader do? my guess is that he/she should be competent at what they’re doing and they should inspire the people that work for them. a leader shoud be an inspiration, not a bufon, not a careless person, not a person that doesn’t get involved, but a person who knows his/her people, their needs and their joys.
a leader should lead. the militaries are a great example of leaders. they make soldiers fight under their command for shitty stupid ideals or ideas, but the soldiers fight, because they believe in their leader, so much that they would die for him.
i pitty leaders, their burden is unberable and it is so easy to be a mediocre or even worse leader.
